INTERNEES RELEASED
POSITION IN NORTH AFRICA. (By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright) (Received This Day, 9.45 a.m.) LONDON, February 21. M. Bergeret, in a statement at Algiers, said 1300 internees had been released since November 8, 1942, and he expects to release the remaining 5,800, except Axis nationals, within .six weeks. Twenty-eight nationalities are among the internees, who include 3,000 Spanish Republicans.
