ANTISUBMARINE FORCE
MOTOR PATROL BOATS IN SOUTH AFRICAN WATERS. (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day, 12.25 p.m.) RUGBY, February 19. The South African naval authorities have announced that flotillas of fast, well-armed motor patrol boats are now operating in South African waters, their principal duty being as an anti-submarine striking force. A number of these boats are being built in South Africa.
