EKETAHUNA
THE DAIRYING SEASON CONDITIONS NOT FAVOURABLE. (“Times-Age” Special.) The recent warm rain has greatly improved pastures and brought about an improvement in the dairying conditions, which on account of the vagaries of the weather have not been as favourable as could be wished. It is a noticeable fact that those dairy farmers who had had their cows tested are reaping the' benefit of their wise policy in the present unfavourable dairying conditions, and their lead is sure to be followed by many other dairy farmers/in the near future. PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH SERVICES FOR SUNDAY. • On Sunday the Rev. David McNeur will conduct Presbyterian services at Alfredton at 1.30 p.m., and at Eketahuna at 3 p.m.
