REGENT THEATRE
“WILDCAT.” “Wildcat,” the rousing story of an adventurer who searches for oil and finds romance, will be shown tonight at the Regent Theatre. Richard Arlen, Arline Judge, William Frawley and Arthur Hunnicutt have the leading roles in the picture, which contains many thrilling scenes, and in which the acting is of a high standard. The associate picture, “Gangs of the City,” with Philip Terry and Wendy Barry in the leading roles, is a fastmoving newspaper yarn. She hated reporters, this beautiful society deb. who tricked the town’s ace reporter and then found herself in the midst of an underworld intrigue helping to break the year’s biggest crime story.
