PRESUMED DEAD
ADMIRAL SIR H. BROWNRIGG. (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day, 11.35 a.m.) RUGBY, February 17. Admiral Sir H. J. S. Brownrigg is officially reported missing, presumed dead. He was stated to be in charge of a convoy when his ship was lost.
