EXCHANGE RATES SPECIFIED. RESERVE BANK AUTHORITY. Storekeepers and others supplying goods and services are authorised by the Reserve Bank of New Zealand to accept United States money in payment for purchases made. The recipients must turn over to their banks the money so received.
