Wheat marketings in western Canada during the next crop year will be limited to 14 bushels an authorised acre. The Government guaranteed price will remain unchanged at 90 cents a bushel on the basis of No. 1 northern at Fort William. On the basis of grain production objectives in 1943, this indicates a reduction of about 30,000,000 bushels in the amount of grain to be purchased by the Wheat Board during the next crop year compared with 1942-43.
