IMPENDING CONFERENCE IN LONDON. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, February 13. Final arangements are being made for a Dominions’ trade unim: conference, which is being called together cn the initiative of the British T.U.C. general council . It is proposed to hold the conference in London, partly with the object of giving trade union delegations from Canada, Australia, I’ew Zealand and South Africa an opportunity of getting an overall picture of Britain’s war effort. At the same time the conference will enable an exchange of information to take place about wartime legislation and about the methods trade unions have adopted in Britain and the Dominions in grappling with war time diilicudies The conference is expected ~moreover, to give attention to the problems of postwar reconstruction, (
