MASTERTON EWE FAIR
TODAY’S EARLY PRICES EASIER. LARGE YARDING OFFERED. A yarding of over twenty thousand sheep was offered for sale at the annual Ewe Fair held at the Colombo Road saleyards, Masterton, today. The sale commenced with, two-tooths and in the early stages prices were down from two to three shillings a head on last year’s sale. Early prices for twotooths were 20s, 225, 22s Id and 27s (good).
