SERVICE APPEALS
ARMED FORCES BOARD SITTING IN MASTERTON. MANY CASES ADJOURNED. The No. 2 Armed Forces Appeal Board (Napier) continued its sitting in Masterton yesterday afternoon.. There were present: Messrs. H. B. Lusk (chairman), F. R, Field and W. H. Barry (nreinbers of the Board). J. C. Corbishley (secretary). J. S. Wauchop (Crown representative) and Lieutenant F. H. Goldfinch (liaison officer). In the following cases the name of the person lodging the appeal is given in parentheses:— Service Postponed: Arthur Norman Jones, farm hand (Norman R. Jones), and Angus George MacAulay, farmer (Donald J. MacAulay), to March, 1943. Adjourned: William Henry Field, shepherd (Mrs. W. H. Field), and Bert Lane Brhsell, farm manager (Harry Philip Brasell) to April sitting of board. Adjourned sine die:' Reuben John Bond, dairy farm hand (Frederick George Benge); Gorden George Reynolds, farmer (Margaret Haig Reynolds) : Gordon Thomas Goodin, dairy farmer (Est. of Herbert Goodin); Henry Percy Blatchford. farm hand (Douglas Blatchford); Leonard William Ball, life insurance agent (reservist) ; J.
