Gloomily discussing the Casablanca Conference, the Rome radio says: “The meeting is gravely significant, far surpassing the reconciliation of French geenrals. It aims to threaten the Italians. If we are permanently excluded from Africa life would be hopeless misery. Events in Russia make us shiver.
