STABILISATION QUESTION. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, January 26. The question whether passenger and goods transport charges were to be included in the stabilisation proposals, and if so from what date, was raised with the Minister of Transport, Mr O’Brien, today. “The Stabilisation Commission will have the control of transport charges, and they will definitely have something to say about them,” said the Minister.
