DISASTER TO AMERICAN TRANSPORT PLANE. NEAR COAST OF DUTCH GUIANA. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) NEW YORK, January 21. s Major-General Harold George, comn manding general of air transport, anY nounced that an army transport plane s crashed near the coast of Dutch Guie ana on January 15, en route overseas. Twenty-six passengers and nine of the ’ crew were killed, including Major Erie , Knight, the well-known author of “This g Above All,” Messrs P. E. Foxworth, of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and William Hodson and O. E. Henryson, both of the State Department. The others were mostly military officers. L .
