APPOINTED IN SYRIA. (By Telegraph—PT’ess Association— Copyright) (Received This Day, 11.10 a.m.) DAMASCUS, January 10. Pro-British Djemil Bey Ulshi has been appointed Prime Minister of Syria in place of Barezi, who has resigned. Ulshi was Prime Minister in 1920.
