SENATE “PROBE”
OF LEND-LEASE ACTIVITIES.
(By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) WASHINGTON, January 9. Senator Butler has introduced legislation to probe lend-lease activities. The Republican leader, Senator Martin, said a request would soon be made for a House of Representatives inquiry into the public and private activities of Mr Harry Hopkins, lend-lease administrator.
