MILITARY FUNERAL
UNITED STATES MARINES. ./? VICTIMS OF WELLINGTON SHOOTING TRAGEDY. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day. The funeral took place this 'morning at the Soldiers’ Cemetery, Karori, of the two members of the United States Marine Corps who were victims of the recent shooting tragedy in Wellington. All branches of the United States forces were represented, and there were over 100 of all ranks present. Captain Lumkin, Padre of the United States Marine Corps, offciated at the funeral, which was a military one, concluding with the customary volleys from a firing party.
