The Germans are requisitioning labour in Belgium to build fortifications in Namur Province, where the German Army is establishing a defence line along the Meuse River in case of an Allied attack' on Northern France, according to the Belgian news agency. During the last six months, 21,000 Belgians have been deported to Northern France to work on the construction of concrete shelters and roads in the coastal area.
