BRITISH TOWN
RAIDED BY ENEMY FIGHTERS BOMBS CAUSE SOME DAMAGE. NUMBER OF PEOPLE TRAPPED IN HOUSES. . LONDON, December 29. Two enemy fighters raided a town on the south-east coast of Britain today. Uombs caused damage in a residential area and a number of people were trapped in damaged houses. After drooping their bombs, the raiders flew across the town at roof-top level and opened fire with machine-guns.
