NEED OF COOPERATION DURING AND AFTER WAR. DUTCH MESSAGE TO CHIANG KAI-SHEK. (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day, 12.15 p.m.) ' RUGBY, Dec-emb 23. Tbe necessity for co-operation between the Pacific Powers during and after the war is the keynote of a message from Professor Gerbrandy, Netherland Prime Minister, to General Chiang Kai-shek. The message added that the people of the Netherlands considered it a. privilege to wage the struggle in association with the Chinese.
