Messrs J. Bradbury and S. Geary left Masterton today for Hastings, where they will represent the Wairarapa Coursing Club at the annual conference of North Island greyhound coursing clubs. Several branch managers of the Bank of New Zealand have had their appointments changed as follows: —Mr J. J. E. Downey, manager at Wellsi’ord, to be manager at Carterton; Mr C. C. Callender, manager at Carterton, to be manager at Inglewood; Mr E. W. T. Thane, manager at Foxton, to be manager at Greytown; Mr F. Dewhirst, manager at Greytown, to be manager at Petone.
