FLYING LOW
BELGIAN PILOT BRINGS BACK TELEGRAPH WIRE. AFTER ATTACKING GERMAN TROOP TRAIN. (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day, 12.40 p.m.) RUGEY, December 13. When two Belgian fighter pilots attacked a train on the Ostend-Bruges line, it immediately stopped and about 60 German soldiers jumped out and ran for cover. One pilot, who flew down the length of the train firing among the soldiers, was so low that he brought back several yards of telegraph wire attached to his radiator.
