HADLOW SCHOOL
PRESENTATION OF PRIZES YESTERDAY’S CEREMONY AIRMAN'S TRIBUTE TO DUTCH PEOPLE. The Assembly Hall o£ Hadlow School. Masterton, was crowded with parents and friends yesterday afternoon for the annual prize-giving ceremony. The speaker for the afternoon was Flight Lieutenant Hutcheson, D.F.C., a hero of the Battle of Britain, who also presented the prizes. The headmaster, Mr A. W. Don. stated that the future of the school was looking particularly bright and that there was a record number of boarders enrolled for the forthcoming school year. That was a most encouraging sign. The steady growth of the school and its widening influence showed that Hadlow was fulfilling the purpose for which it was founded.
