Weather cloudy with rain at times in the ranges. Temperatures mild to warm. FURTHER OUTLOOK: Unsettled, with more general rain and possibility of southerly change in late week-end. LOCAL REPORT. Mr N. W. Towns reports as follows for the 24 hours ended 9 a.m. today:— Shade temperature, maximum, 70.2; minimum, 48.1; terrestrial, 41.2. Draw your blinds at 7.45 o’clock tonight; raise them at 5 a.m. tomorrow.
