New York, November 17. —More than 1500 men thronged the central bureau when it opened for the registration of Cuban, volunteers to fight anywhere against the Axis, says the Havana correspondent of the New York “Times.” Twenty thousand enlistment forms were distributed. The first volunteer was the Cuban Minister of Defence, Colonel Eosa de Quesada.
