FAT SHEEP PRICES
FIRM AT MASTERTON SALE TODAY. Fat sheep prices were firm in the early stages of the Masterton stock sale today. There was a fair attendance of buyers, and bidding was brisk. Some early prices were:—Sheep: Prime shorn wethers, 255; fat w. hoggets, 235; new season’s prime lambs, 28s; light fat wethers, 21s sd.
