The Justice Department announced that the Royal Canadian Police swore an information against Edward Gay Rohrbough on a charge of violating the Defence of Canada Regulations. It is alleged that Rohrbough forwarded to the magazine .“Time” information concerning disorders among German war prisoners at Bowmanville, Ontario. Rohrbough, a United States citizen, enlisted in the Canadian Army in 1940 and retired in 1941 because of ill health.
