ALLEGED BREACH
OF CANADIAN DEFENCE REGULATIONS. REPORT OF PRISON CAMP DISORDERS. (By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright) OTTAWA, November 12. The Justice Department announced that the Royal Canadian Police swore an information against Edward Gay Rohrbough on a charge of violating the Defence of Canada Regulations. It is alleged that Rohrbough forwarded to the magazine .“Time” information concerning disorders among German war prisoners at Bowmanville, Ontario. Rohrbough, a United States citizen, enlisted in the Canadian Army in 1940 and retired in 1941 because of ill health.
