MAGISTRATE’S COURT
SITTING IN MASTERTON TODAY. Mr H. P. Lawry, S.M., presided over a sitting of the Masterton Magistrate’s Court this morning. Alexander T. Hausmann was fined £3 and 10s costs for having driven without due care and attention. Paki Te Kiri was fined £1 10s and 10s costs
for having cast offensive matter. In a judgment summons case, S. H. McJorrow was ordered to pay V. E. Capill £47 0s 7d, in default 6 weeks imprisonment.
