WAIRARAPA EXECUTIVE LAND ARMY CAMPAIGN. WOMEN M-P’s. TO VISIT MASTERTON. At yesterday afternoon’s meeting of the Wairarapa Provincial Executive, of the N.Z. Farmers’ Union a resolution was passed expressing the executives approval of a scheme for post war wool stabilisation. A committee comprising Messrs R. E. Chamberlain (convenor), A. E. Reid, E. T. Bliss, Alan Keir, D. L. Heckler and W. G. K. Wiggins was set up to go into the possibility of starting a vetinary service for farmers. 'Mr R. W. Kebbell, chairman of the Wairarapa Primary Production Council, stated that Mesdames Dreaver and Grigg, M’s.P., would visit Masterton shortly in connection with the campaign for recruits for the Women’s Land Army.
