MAN FOUND DEAD

ON SOUTH WESTLAND BEACH. (Special Australian Correspondent.) HOKITIKA, This Day. The body of Alexander Noble, a man of 34, who leaves a wife and two children, was found on the sea beach below the Waitoto River, in South Westland, last evening. Mr Noble had been missing since Saturday afternoon, when he was engaged in whitebaiting in the Waitoto River and was believed to have been drowned. A search has since been in progress. An inquest is being held at Okuru and the body is being brought to Hokitika by plane, for interment.
