NAVY AT WORK

DESTRUCTION OF JUNKERS PLANE. (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day, 10.35 a.m.) RUGBY, October 19. The Admiralty states that a Junkers 88 which attempted to cross the cast coast of England this morning, was shot down by anti-aircraft gunfire from H.M. trawler Lovania and antiaircraft guns at a naval base. The plane crashed inland later and exploded.
