MOST OF MADAGASCAR MILITARY JURISDICTION. BUT FRENCH FLAG PERMITTED TO FLY. LONDON ,September 25. The greater part of Madagascar, including the capital, is now in British occupation. A decree has been issued stating that the island is subject to military jurisdiction for the time being, in order to ensure law and order. The French flag still continues to fly over the island.
