Towns reports as follows for the 24 hours ended 8 a.m. today:— Barograph, 30.05; shade temperature, maximum 51.1, minimum 32; terrestrial, 25; rain, 35 points frost, 5.4 degrees. Mr H. M. Boddington reports that 38 points of rain fell at Solway during the 24 hours ended 9 a.m. today. Draw blinds at 6.45 p.m. today; raise them at 5.33 a.m. tomorrow.
