WOMEN’S INSTITUTE SUCCESSFUL SHOP DAY. (“Times-Age” Special.) The shop day held yesterday at Mauriceville East by the Women’s Institute was a decided success, a considerable sum being obtained. A large totara tree on a local farm was struck by lightning, caught fire and was completely destroyed.
