WITHDRAWAL FROM CROATIA REPLACEMENT BY GERMANS & BULGARS. NEW EFFORT TO QUELL GUERILLAS. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 12.30 p.m.) 'NEW YORK, September 20. In an effort to qupll a fresh outburst of guerilla assaults in Yugoslavia, the German High Command has ordered the instant withdrawal of all Italian troops from Croatia and their replacement by Elite Guard regiments, armoured forces and fresh Bulgarian troops. Reporting this, the “New York Times” Ankara correspondent says the guerillas have swept Yugoslavia from north-west Bosnia across Dalmatia, Montenegro and Macedonia to north of the Greek frontier, inflicting heavy losses, in men and material, on the retreating Italians.
