PERCENTAGE INCREASED. FIGURES FOR LAST WEEK. The primary aim of the "Spring Offensive on the Home Front,” commenced three weeks ago to boost the National Savings Campaign, is to increase the percentage of accounts in which regular weekly contributions are made. A substantial increase in the percentage was recorded in Masterton last week, when the figure was 21.2. as compared with percentages of 20.5 and 15.6 for the previous two weeks.
