CIVILIAN CASUALTIES IN BRITAIN. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, September 16. The Ministry of Home Security announced that civilian casualties in the United Kingdom during August amounted to 403 killed or missing,, believed killed, 509 injured and detained in hospital.
