DRIVE ON KINHWA
FURTHER PROGRESS MADE BY CHINESE.
(By Telegraph-Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 1.5 p.m.) CHUNGKING, September 15. The Chinese, closing in on Kinhwa, have captured Wuyi, 23 miles southward, killing 500 Japanese. The Japanese are attacking Makierishih, north-eastward of Lanchi and are pushing the Chinese back.
