Towns reports as follows for the 24 hours ended 8 a.m. today: — Barograph, 29.80; shade temperature, maximum, 63.6; minimum, 42.4; terrestrial, 30; frost, .4 degrees. PHASES OF THE MOON, SEPTEMBER. First quarter, September 18. Full moon, September 25. Draw blinds at 6.15 p.m. today; raise them at 5.52 a.m. tomorrow.
