In Egypt there have been no reports of big-sca'le fighting. Both sides are busy nreparing for the next clash. The Eighth Army is getting stronger every day and intense activity is apparent behind the lines. Good campaign weather is coming along now.

FIVE SHOT DOWN & OTHERS DAMAGED.

Today’s official report from Caiio says: “During the night of September 11, our patrol activities continued. Land operations yesterday were confined to artillery exchanges in the southern sector.
“Five enemy aircraft were shot down and others were damaged over the battle area yesterday, when escorted Stukas were attacked by our fighters.”
