ST. JOHN AMBULANCE

ENJOYABLE DANCE. The Masonic Hall was filled on Saturday night, when the St. John Ambulance Brigade held another of its popular dances. The music was supplied by Mr J. Barnes's Rhythm Boys, and the duties of M.C. were capably carried out by the Cadet Superintendent, Mr C. S. McQuade. Supper was served, by a ladies’ committee. The Monte Carlo waltz was won by Miss S. Gray and Aircraftman L. D. Irwin, and a lucky spot fox trot by Miss N. Darcy and Sergeant L. H. Dyer. Extras were played by Sgt. Foggin and Sgt. J. A. Robinson. Mr McQuade thanked patrons for their attendance, and announced that the Brigade would hold its next dance on October 10.
