AMERICAN TRIBUTE
* TO NEW ZEALAND PREMIER. DOMINION LIKED BETTER THAN EVER. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 12.20 p.m.) NEW YORK, August 27. Under the heading "Visitor from New Zealand,” the “New York Times,’ in a leading article, says Mr Fraser is our old friend, "and there is nothing more to say except that Americans like him. and his countrymen even more than they did before."
