At Cleveland, a Washington message reports, the Federal Court has granted an injunction restraining the Kaiser Company, which has a provisional agreement with the Government to build giant Mars transport planes, from dealings in the blackmarket of the steel industry. The Office of Price Administration alleged that Mr Henry J. Kaiser bought more than 500,0001 b. of steel at 5210 dollars above the ceiling prices, also paying double the railway freight rate for split car load lots.
