STATEMENT EXPECTED SOON FROM MR CHURCHILL. (By Telegraph—Prop’s AecnHation —Copyright) LONDON, August 26. Mr Churchill has lost no time since his return from Moscow and the Middle ( East in meeting the War Cabinet and telling them the results of his mission. When Parliament resumes, he is expected to make a public statement and, in the light of what he has learnt he may review the general war situation.
