MAGISTRATE’S COURT SITTING. Judgment for plaintiff by default was given in the following undefended civil cases in the Masterton Magistrate’s Court today by Mr H. P. Lawry, S.M.: Thomas Wagg and Co. Whiteman, defendant was ordered to pay £34 15s and costs £1 Ils 6d forthwith, in default one months’ imprisonment, warrant to be suspended so long as defendant pays £7 on September 6 and £7 per month thereafter.
