By his appointment to the newlycreated position of the First ViceChairman of the Council of the People’s Cimmissars, M. Molotov becomes M . .Stalin’s chief assistant for the administration of the Soviet Union.
The appointment, which was announced by the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet, has placed M. Molotov next to M. Stalin in all Cabinet affairs.
