ENJOYABLE CONCERT SOLDIERS ENTERTAINED. (“Times-Age” Special.) A local concert party entertained a number of the members of the armed forces a concert on Thursday night when an excellent programme was greatly enjoyed. The accompaniments were played by Mrs K. Reid and Miss Verna Irwin. Personal. Lieut.-Commander R. E. Harding, R.N.Z. N.V.R., and Mrs Harding, of Auckland, were visitors to Carterton during the week" being the guests of the former's parents, Mr and Mrs L. J. Harding, of Roxwood Street.
