LADIES’ SOCIAL GUILD.

MONTHLY MEETING. The monthly meeting of the ladies’ Social Guild was held in the McLaren Room. Mrs G W. Morice presiding over a large attendance of members. Apologies for absence were received from Mesdames Esau, Corskie, Sueedv, and Ratcliffe. The Guild agreed to assist at the Anzac Club in the third week in September An amusing competition was provided by Mrs Traynor, and a play given by lour members of St. Matthew s College. Afternoon tea was served by the hostesses, Mesdames Traynor, Ogilvy, Reynolds and AVelsh. , .
