KAIPARORO
WOMEN'S INSTITUTE MONTHLY MEETING OF MEMBERS. (“Times-Age” Special.) The monthly meeting of the Kaiparoro Women’s Institute was held at the residence of the president, Mrs McAnulty, when thirteen. members were present. Mrs McAnulty gave a demonstration in wool quilt making. The school children exhibited felt toys which they had made and gave an item. A recitation by Miss Schultz was much appreciated. Mrs McAnulty,. on behalf of the members, presented a cup and saucer to Miss Gallagher who is leaving the district. The competitions resulted as follows: —Best tea towel to be made from a flour bag: Miss A. Dick. Best flow-
er: Mrs J. C. McAnulty. The tea towels were donated to the Red Cross.
