FIGURES FOR JULY. Mr H M. Boddington reports that rain was measured on 21 days in July. T h e maximum fall was 2.29 inches on the 14th, and the minimum 1 point on the 7th. Th < for the month was 5.78 inches a. agarns 2.91 (1941), 3.68 (1940), 7.66 (1939), 3.80 (1938) 453 (1937). The average foi JJ yeais is 427 inches. The total rainfall for seven months is 28.32 inches, as compared with 26.98 (1941), 18.94 (1940), 18 ' 22 J, 1 ™ 9 '’ a j 9 (1938), 21.57 (1937). The average foi 39 yeais is 23.43 inches.
