RED CROSS SOCIETY FLAG FIVE HUNDRED PARTY. (“Times-Age” Special.) On Saturday evening there, was a very good attendance at the Red Cross Society’s flag five hundred party. The games were conducted by Mr W. Olsen and Mr Priest (president) presented the prizes. The prize-winners were: Ladies, Mesdames N. Cittadine and B. Oliver, Junr. Men, Messrs W. Butcher and T. Parsons. The Red Cross Committee provided the supper. Mesdames D. Fraser and W. D. Scott were the hostesses. Personal Items. Mesdames Curry and Glasspole, Palmerston North, have been the guests of Mrs N. Williams, Alfredton Road. Mr A. S. Anderson, Mangaweka, has been on a visit to Eketahuna.
